Sniffie Engineering Investigating Issues with Exporting Large Amounts of Data [RESOLVED]

Unfortunately, after yesterday’s update the maximum size for exports was no longer being checked and everything defaulted to a smaller amount than before. This causes an unfortunate behavior that if you try to export e.g. a price matrix with 10mb of data, it is no longer possible. Our automated CI/CD pipeline tests did not report any errors in this function, because they don’t export such large amounts of data.

A fix is being developed at the moment and will be deployed to all pods as soon as it is finished.

~8am (EEST): First reports of issues in exports were received by Sniffie team.
8.44am (EEST): The cause was identified by Sniffie engineering and a fix being developed.
9.21am (EEST): Fix has been verified to be working. Automated tests are running and when they pass, all pods start updating.
11.15am (EEST): The fix has been deployed everywhere and all pods report normal status again.
