The following terms and conditions need to be met in order for the customer to be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee:
- Validation of the increased margin is done by comparing margins to a control group that has not been priced by SAMPO. Profitability is calculated from the last 30 days of the 90-day period when SAMPO has optimized your pricing.
- The customer accepts all recommendations done by SAMPO as such without making any changes.
- The customer does pricing through Sniffie only.
The money-back guarantee includes monthly usage fees for up to 90 days. It does not include any additional or one-time fees (such as onboarding fee).
Sniffie reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application
